Whenever we think of our goals we think about steps and build plans to achieve them. But we never think of what should be the change in my mindset to achieve it.
This blog is more psychological talk rather than learning about something new. I want to talk about the mindset and beliefs. How to build a mindset of achieving anything in life.

What are Beliefs?
Beliefs are the way you think about something either consciously or subconsciously. Let’s say you believe that people who eat animals cause harm to living creatures and thus you choose to remain vegan. The way you think about animals creates a different path and results differently from that of a nonvegan.
That’s how beliefs create a set of positive and negative thoughts altogether for a certain thing and then you choose the path where the net thoughts dominate, that is you have a positive belief if positive thoughts dominate the negatives and vice versa.
How do beliefs create our present?
We have seen how your future is determined by how your beliefs are set. Similarly, our present is determined by all the beliefs we had in the past.
The law of attraction states like attracts like, this law applies to energies too. Our thoughts are energies that tend to attract similar thoughts and our beliefs are a set of thoughts that determines the result, the life we are living today or our present.
So if you complain you don’t have the money you complain you don’t have a good relationship, you complain you don’t have a fun life, you know exactly who to blame.
But sometimes these beliefs aren’t brought up by you, they are brought up by your parents, relatives, friends, and this society, which tends to follow and teach what it has learned.
How to have a winning mindset?
The first step in changing your present is becoming conscious of your beliefs. For any goal list out all your thoughts regarding it. Let’s say my goal is to have six packs. My beliefs about it are:
It’s so hard that only a few have 6 abs.
I will have to work 7 days a week on my abs.
I will have to eat healthily all day.
Now look at the list and find which thoughts are positive and negative. Focus on the positive thoughts and kill negative thoughts. How? Every day read your positive thoughts and add emotion to these thoughts. Example: Write down a date in the future and I have 6 abs, read this sentence, and feel the emotion of accomplishment using imagination. That’s when your desire will be transferred to your subconscious mind and things will start moving in the path leading to your goal.
For having the right mindset I will recommend ‘Think And Grow Rich’ by Napoleon Hill and ‘Power Of Subconscious Mind’ by Joseph Murphy.
You complete 50 percent of your journey just by having the correct mindset and start putting little actions daily.
